Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met with Miro Kovac, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Croatia

Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met with Miro Kovac, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Croatia on the sidelines of the 71st Session of the UN General Assembly.

At the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the current status and ways of development of Azerbaijan-Croatia relations, cooperation in the fields of economy, tourism, energy, culture and humanitarian affairs. They expressed satisfaction with the current level of political dialogue between the two countries.

The sides stressed the importance of increasing the trade turnover between our countries through joint effort by promoting ties between the business circles.

The ministers also discussed the cooperation within international organizations, further development of bilateral legal-treaty base and the international issues of mutual concern.
